Galaxy's Gallery does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All Services are 100% digital — there is no packaging, courier, or postal delivery involved at any stage of a project.

02 How Deliverables Are Sent

Depending on the Service booked, project deliverables are shared with you through one or more of the following digital channels:

• Email, with files attached or linked via cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
• A live or staging website link, for web design & development projects
• Direct publishing to your website or content management system, where access has been provided
• Shared documents (Google Docs, Word files, or PDFs) for content writing and marketing deliverables

03 Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are confirmed individually for each project in your quote, proposal, or invoice, and may vary based on project scope and complexity. As noted in our Terms & Conditions, delays caused by a client's failure to provide timely information, content, feedback, or access are not our responsibility.

04 No Shipping Charges

Since no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, handling, or courier charges apply to any Service. The only charges you'll see are those confirmed in your project quote or invoice.

05 Delivery Issues

If you experience any issue accessing or receiving your project deliverables — such as a broken link, missing file, or access problem — please contact us right away so we can resolve it promptly.
