At Galaxy’s Gallery (“we,” “us,” “our”), we strive to deliver quality web design, digital marketing/SEO, and content writing services to every client. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Services booked through our Website (galaxysgallery.com). This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
As all our Services are digital and project-based, this policy does not apply to physical goods or shipping, as we do not sell or ship any physical products.
01 Booking & Advance Payments
When you engage Galaxy’s Gallery for a project (web design/development, digital marketing/SEO, or content writing), we typically require an advance or booking payment before work begins, as communicated in your project quote or invoice. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
02 Cancellation Before Work Begins
- If you cancel your project before any work has started on our end, your advance/booking payment is fully refundable.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at bijjys999@galaxysgallery.com with your name, order/transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.
- We will confirm your cancellation and initiate the applicable refund within 2 business days of receiving your request.
03 Cancellation After Work Has Started
- Once work on your project has commenced (including but not limited to research, planning, design drafts, content drafts, campaign setup, or any deliverable-related activity), payments made are non-refundable.
- This is because our Services involve time, effort, and resources committed immediately upon project initiation, and cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can.
- If you wish to discontinue a project mid-way, please contact us to discuss your specific situation — we’re happy to explore options such as scaling down scope or pausing work, at our discretion.
04 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Work has already commenced or been partially/fully delivered
- Delay or cancellation caused by the client’s failure to provide timely information, content, feedback, or access required for the project
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preferences that were not part of the originally agreed scope or brief
- Change of mind after work has started
- Any Service already fully delivered and accepted by the client
05 Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Once approved, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
06 Errors in Payment
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same Service, or experienced a technical error during payment via Razorpay, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at bijjys999@galaxysgallery.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, process the appropriate refund or correction.
07 Project Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a project timeline or modify scope, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically qualify for a refund. Significant scope changes may require a revised quote.
08 How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us with your name, order/transaction ID (from Razorpay), the Service booked, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2 business days.
