We provide digital services including but not limited to web design and development, digital marketing and SEO, and content writing/blogging services. All our Services are delivered digitally — we do not ship any physical products.

3.2 Quotes and Scope

Pricing and project scope are communicated directly to each client prior to commencement of work and may vary based on project complexity, timelines, and requirements. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, to be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, we may require timely information, feedback, access credentials, content, or approvals from you. Delays in providing these may result in delays to project timelines, for which we are not responsible.

3.4 No Guarantee of Results

While we apply industry best practices to our digital marketing, SEO, and web development work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, conversion rates, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control (including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and third-party platforms).

04 Payments

• All payments for Services are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Prices for Services will be communicated in advance and are typically quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms (e.g., advance/milestone/full payment) will be specified in your project quote or invoice.
• Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of ongoing Services.
• All payments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

05 Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

5.2 Client Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website or written content) will transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Galaxy’s Gallery retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5.3 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party tools, plugins, stock images, fonts, or licenses used in delivering Services remain subject to their own respective licensing terms.

06 Blog Comments & User-Generated Content

By submitting a comment on our blog, you agree that:
